Terms & Conditions

Transfercabs is an airport transfer service booked in advance. We provide services for individuals and small groups.  We use a combination of taxis, limousines and minibuses. Our vehicles and drivers are fully regulated by the Department of Transportation.

When booking you have the option of accepting a pre agreed fare. In a taxi transfer In the event that on a pre paid booking the Metered fare is higher than the fare quoted and charged by us due to traffic or other issues there will be no extra charge to the passenger.

The Company shall use reasonable endeavours to provide a Passenger vehicle in good working order of the type specified by the Customer (or, in the event that such a vehicle is not available, a reasonable alternative vehicle) within any time for so doing given by the Company or within a reasonable time.

The transportation of luggage in a Passenger Vehicle shall be permitted in the absolute discretion of the Company. Passengers shall remain responsible at all times for their luggage and shall load and unload their own luggage. The Company may assist the Customer with the loading and unloading of his/her luggage from the Passenger Vehicle, at the Company’s sole discretion. It is imperitive that the Customer declares the exact amount of luggage they intend on travelling with.

The Company accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage to any luggage which is transported in a vehicle. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that any luggage stored in the Passenger Vehicle may move around during the journey and accordingly the Customer (and any Passengers) should take extra care when opening the luggage compartment of the Passenger Vehicle.

The Company reserves the right to refuse to transport any Passenger who behaves in a disorderly, threatening or abusive manner or who, in its absolute discretion, the Company considers a nuisance or a danger to its employees, agents, subcontractors or to fellow Passengers. The Company will do what it reasonably can to assist those who are not capable of boarding and alighting a Passenger Vehicle unaided.

The Company reserves the right to charge the Customer for any additional costs which may be incurred by the Company as a result of any variation or deviation from the Original Journey specified at the time of Booking, as detailed below.

A full refund is available for reservations canceled up to 24 hours before the date of the reservation.
Less than 24 h In the event of cancellation of the Reservation by the Customer on or after the arrival of the Personal Vehicle at the Pickup Address, a refund of up to 90% is possible, provided that the amount deducted must cover our own costs.

Failure to arrive without information- No refund

This is a pre booked Transfer Service. It is recommended that bookings are made at least 24 Hours in advance. Our booking is open from 9 am to 21.00pm each day. Bookings made out off this period will not be processed till opening.

If Airlane changes your flight time or date

– please contact us immediately! We will arrange a new transfer

If you miss a connecting flight and need to reschedule your arrival please let me know as soon as possible.

You will not be charged any extra fees in the event of a flight delay.
