TransferCabs operates a small fleet of saloon cars and executive minivans, specialising in one thing: long-distance transfers between Dublin Airport and the rest of Ireland. Not a rank, not an app, not a call centre — a handful of vehicles and the drivers who have been running these roads for years.
That scale is deliberate. It means the person who answers your email is the person who checks the diary, and the driver who meets you at arrivals is the one who takes you the whole way. It also means we say no when a date is full, rather than subcontracting you to whoever happens to be free.

How do I book a transfer?
Send us a quote request through the form on this site. Tell us the date, the pick-up, the destination, how many passengers and bags, and your flight number if you have one. We reply by email with a fixed, all-inclusive price — usually the same day, always within 24 hours. Nothing is charged until the journey is confirmed.
Why is there no phone number?
Because everything we do runs on written detail: flight numbers, addresses, tee times, ferry sailings, child ages. Email means nothing is misheard, you have a written record of exactly what was agreed, and our drivers stay focused on the road rather than on a ringing phone. Every request is answered personally.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The figure we quote is the figure you pay. It includes motorway tolls, airport car parking, flight monitoring, luggage handling, the meet-and-greet and up to 60 minutes of free waiting after your flight lands. There is no meter in the car, no booking fee and no card surcharge. Journeys picked up between roughly 11 pm and 6 am may carry a night supplement, which we always include in the original quote rather than adding afterwards.
Where will my driver meet me at Dublin Airport?
Inside the arrivals hall of your terminal, past customs, holding a printed board with your name on it. Not in a car park and not on the kerb. Dublin has two terminals with separate arrivals halls; we work out which one you land in from your flight number, so you do not need to tell us.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing you need to do. We monitor your inbound flight number on every airport booking and adjust the pick-up automatically, whether you land early or hours late. Waiting time in that situation is not charged. If your flight is cancelled and you are rebooked onto another day, email us — that is the one change we cannot see from the flight data.
How many people and suitcases fit?
A saloon car takes up to 3 passengers with two large suitcases or three medium, plus cabin bags. A minivan takes up to 7 passengers with up to 7 large suitcases — though seven adults and seven large cases is genuinely at the limit. If you are close to either boundary, or travelling with golf clubs, tell us at the quote stage and we will size the vehicle properly.
