Most transfer companies are either very large or very informal. We are deliberately neither.

A small fleet means the person who reads your email is the person who checks the diary, and the driver who meets you at arrivals is the one who takes you the whole way. Nobody is subcontracted at the last minute. Nothing is handed to a stranger with a different standard.

It also means we occasionally say no. If a date is full, we say so rather than promising a car we cannot supply. That is a slower way to run a business and a much better way to be trusted with a family’s first evening in Ireland.

What we specialise in

Long distance. Not short hops around the city — the three-hour runs to Kerry and Clare and Mayo that a metered taxi prices badly, a coach schedules inconveniently and a hire car turns into an ordeal on your first jet-lagged morning.

That specialisation shows up in details that matter: vehicles chosen for comfort at motorway speed over four hours rather than for city manoeuvrability, drivers who know where the roadworks are on the N18, and a fare structure built around fixed prices rather than a meter.

Why email only

We removed the phone number, and it was a considered decision rather than a cost saving. Almost everything that makes a transfer go right is a written detail — a flight number, a hotel address, a tee time, a child’s age, a ferry sailing. Written down, none of it can be misheard, and both sides have a record of exactly what was agreed.

It also means our drivers are driving rather than answering calls, and that every enquiry gets a considered answer instead of a hurried one. Quote requests are answered the same day in almost every case, and always within 24 hours.

Where we go

The whole of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The published price list covers the thirteen routes we are asked for most; anywhere else is quoted on request, on exactly the same fixed-fare terms. We answer in English and Polish.
