Adare Manor sits 214 kilometres south-west of Dublin Airport, in what is widely called Ireland's prettiest village. The drive takes roughly two and a half hours on motorway for all but the final twenty minutes — comfortable enough that most guests arrive genuinely rested rather than merely transported.

We handle a great many Adare arrivals, and the pattern is nearly always the same: a long-haul flight into Terminal 1 or 2, a tee time the following morning, and no appetite for a rental car counter. Your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals with a name board, carries the bags, and drives straight to the porte-cochère.

Golf bags and the Ryder Cup

Adare Manor hosts the Ryder Cup in 2027, and demand around the resort has climbed steeply ever since the announcement. If you are travelling with golf bags, tell us at the quote stage — a full set of clubs plus suitcases usually means the minivan rather than the saloon, and we would rather size the vehicle correctly than have you standing in the car park at midnight while we rethink.

Timing your arrival

Check-in at the resort is from 3 pm. Transatlantic flights typically land in Dublin between 5 am and 11 am, which leaves a gap. Two things we can do about that: break the journey at the Rock of Cashel or in Limerick city for an hour, or simply drive straight down so you can use the spa and grounds before your room is ready. Either way it costs you nothing extra — just say which you'd prefer when you request the quote.

What the fare covers

The fixed price includes tolls, parking at the airport, up to 60 minutes of free waiting after your flight lands, flight monitoring, and the meet-and-greet. There is no meter and no surcharge if traffic on the M7 is heavier than usual. Night journeys — pick-ups between roughly 11 pm and 6 am — may carry a supplement, which we always quote up front rather than adding at the end.
